BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Strategic Partner Manager for a Los Angeles, CA!




Position Title: Strategic Partner Manager


Location: Los Angeles, CA


Anticipated Start Date: 12/24/2025

Expected Duration: 9 Months


Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]


Pay Range: $80.00/hr-$85.00/hr


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).





Job Description:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Client strategic partnerships

  • Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

  • Identify and manage emerging partners

  • Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with Client key partners

  • Proactively resolve business issues with partners

  • Be an internal advocate for the partners

  • Build and manage scalable partner programs to drive broadly adoption of the Client Platform


Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree


  • 8+ years' experience, including 4+ years of related partner or product experience Project management experience, with experience leading and handling multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects

  • Communication and presentation experience

  • Proven experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans

  • Experience to work cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Technical background

  • Experience to serve as a spokesperson for the Client Platform

  • Proven track record of driving partnership strategy at a consumer internet company, among a diverse set of industries

  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment


Minimum Years of Experience: 8+

Must-Have Skills

1. Strategic Partnership Management

? Proven experience managing, optimizing, and growing strategic partnerships, including being the primary point of contact and internal advocate.

2. Project Management

? Strong ability to lead and handle multiple cross-functional, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.

3. Communication & Presentation

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Talent partnerships / creator partnerships


Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Technical Background

? Understanding of technical concepts to better communicate with partners and internal teams.

2. Public Representation

? Experience serving as a spokesperson for a platform or product.

3. Industry Diversity

? Track record of driving partnership strategies across a variety of industries, especially in consumer internet companies.


Degrees/Certifications

? Minimum Required: BA/BS degree (Bachelor's in any field).
