Job Description:

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant with strong functional expertise in Career Development Planning (CDP) and Succession Planning (SP) within the SAP SuccessFactors suite.

Required Skills:

Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning and Succession Planning modules.
Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
