Job Description:

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant with strong functional expertise in Career Development Planning (CDP) and Succession Planning (SP) within the SAP SuccessFactors suite.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.

  • Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning and Succession Planning modules.

  • Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
