Superintendent

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage our industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure efficiency and compliance with project specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize project performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on site.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure that all work meets industry standards and specifications.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Assist in project planning and budgeting, providing input on resource allocation and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in industrial and commercial projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent project planning and scheduling abilities, with a focus on resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with NEC standards and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field.
