Title: Supply Chain Business Analyst
Location: Foster City, CA (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes in the packaging and distribution space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document requirements related to SAP and other systems used in the supply chain.
- Utilize SAP expertise to optimize and streamline supply chain processes.
- Manage and analyze data related to material planning, ensuring timely availability of required materials.
- Oversee the quality management process, ensuring products meet established standards.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to understand production processes and align supply chain activities accordingly.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in the supply chain.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to make informed recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the supply chain, packaging, or distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of SAP and other ERP systems.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and material planning.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.
