Supply Chain Analyst

Title: Supply Chain Business Analyst

Location: Foster City, CA (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes in the packaging and distribution space.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document requirements related to SAP and other systems used in the supply chain.
3. Utilize SAP expertise to optimize and streamline supply chain processes.
4. Manage and analyze data related to material planning, ensuring timely availability of required materials.
5. Oversee the quality management process, ensuring products meet established standards.
6. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost optimization.
7. Work closely with manufacturing teams to understand production processes and align supply chain activities accordingly.
8. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
9. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in the supply chain.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to make informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the supply chain, packaging, or distribution industry.
3. Strong understanding of SAP and other ERP systems.
4. Experience in manufacturing processes and material planning.
5. Knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.

10. Familiarity with local market conditions and regulations.
