Job Details

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support and improve our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will use data-driven insights to optimize inventory levels, forecast demand, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Monitor supply and demand patterns to support accurate demand forecasting and inventory planning.

  • Work with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.

  • Conduct cost-benefit and scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions.

  • Evaluate supplier performance and suggest improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing, warehousing, and distribution strategies.

  • Assist in ERP or supply chain management system implementations and upgrades.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

  • Prepare and present findings to management and key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

  • Understanding of supply chain concepts including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and procurement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
