Job Title: Supply Program Operations Lead
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by analyzing supply KPIs and market segments.
  • Develop organic growth systems with marketing, leveraging SEO, community engagement, and lifecycle programs.
  • Create scalable incentives like tiered bounties and performance bonuses to enhance service activation and quality.
  • Establish and optimize an affiliate program with accurate tracking and compliance.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, running pilots and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and drive execution.

Skills Required:

  • 8+ years in marketplace growth, supply operations, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced SQL and experience in BI tools like Tableau.
  • Proven ability to design scalable programs and incentives.
  • Experience with SMB and B2B sales cycles.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Consulting background with an MBA is preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong strategic operations and growth strategy experience able to design, test, and scale supply growth levers across agencies, affiliates, and incentives.
  • Proven analytical and technical capability can define KPIs, measure impact, and ensure initiatives are effective post-deployment.
  • Background in consulting or business operations (e.g., Bain, McKinsey, or tech company ops) with understanding of marketing levers and SEO-driven growth.
