Job Title: Supply Sales Operations Specialist
Location: New York, NY
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market visits to assess listings and competitors, providing insights for strategic planning.
- Execute cold outreach to potential hosts and develop sales strategies and playbooks.
- Engage with local communities and digital forums to identify and connect with potential hosts.
- Experiment with new strategies and rapidly prototype operational processes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and pitches.
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about community engagement and hospitality.
- Industry Experience in Real estate, hospitality, or similar / adjacent industries is ideal.
- Empathy for small business owners and hosts.
