Job Title: Support Engineer

(Bilingual: English/Korean Required)

Location: Coppell, TX 75019
Shift: Normal Business Hours (Monday to Friday)

Duration: 6 Months Contract + Extension Highly possible based upon performance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Engineer with a strong background in telecommunications and device failure analysis. This role is critical in supporting engineering projects, conducting root cause investigations, and ensuring product quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GSM/CDMA/3G/4G(LTE)/5G technologies and be fluent in both English and Korean to effectively collaborate with HQ and technical teams.

  • Proven experience in technical analysis, with the ability to clearly document diagnosis and repair procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with GSM/CDMA/3G/4G(LTE)/5G field technologies.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean to communicate technical insights and follow HQ guidelines.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections, analytical tests, and root cause analysis to determine engineering requirements.
  • Document and communicate findings through formal failure analysis reports.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Develop and refine assembly and repair procedures to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance.
  • Introduce and maintain equipment for device repair and testing.
  • Monitor and improve product performance and safety through continuous testing and analysis.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in electronics analysis, embedded systems, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.


Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with engineering design software and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Ability to perform detailed calculations and create engineering drawings/schematics.


Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Work performed in lab, office, warehouse, or repair facility settings.
  • May require lifting equipment or materials up to 50 lbs.
  • High visual acuity and fine motor skills for component-level repair.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as needed.
