Description
We are looking for an experienced Support Project Manager/Lead to oversee technical and financial systems projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. This role is centered on delivering high-quality results within scope, schedule, and budget, while driving collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing enterprise systems and processes, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to define project requirements, establish clear scopes, and manage changes effectively.
Coordinate all phases of technical project lifecycles, including discovery, planning, execution, testing, and delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans using industry best practices, including timelines, charters, and status reports.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee external resources to ensure project goals are met.
Implement change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions and system deployments.
Identify and solve complex issues by aligning solutions with organizational standards and practices.
Document system requirements, enhancements, and testing scenarios to support ongoing improvement initiatives.
Communicate project status and technical details effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Monitor risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place to keep projects on track.
Maintain compliance with regulated environments and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within IT, finance, or data systems.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Hyperion Planning, Epicor, Zuora, Databricks, and Power BI.
Proven expertise in managing SaaS and cloud-based system implementations.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and web services integration.
PMP certification and familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear communication for senior leadership.
Background in regulated environments and knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
