Neos is Seeking a Support Technician II for a contract role with our client in Austin, TX.
***ONSITE - ONLY CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE AUSTIN AREA WILL BE CONSIDERED***
This position requires candidates to be onsite 5 days a week at 6230 E Stassney Ln, Austin, TX 78744

Work to Be Accomplished
The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications
- 4 years of experience providing "white-glove" executive-level support.
- 5 years of experience providing end-user support.
- 5 years of experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation.
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment.
- 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams.
- 4 years of experience supporting video teleconferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience creating technical knowledge articles.
- 4 years of experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment.
- 5 years of experience working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations.
