Job Summary
The Loss Prevention Project Specialist plays a key role in supporting the deployment and enhancement of camera and security systems across retail locations within the region. This position is responsible for managing daily workflows, coordinating vendors, and tracking project progress to ensure the successful implementation of store-specific scopes of work. The role is critical in advancing organizational loss prevention strategies, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting a safe retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute project tasks as directed by the Project Manager to ensure timely completion of store-specific system designs, approvals, and installations.
Track and maintain accurate records of project progress, reporting updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of approved work, meeting established project standards and deadlines.
Provide operational support by resolving field-level issues and escalating concerns as needed to maintain project momentum.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Store Operations, and Loss Prevention, to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in loss prevention or related systems.
Minimum of 1 year of project management or project coordination experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Special Requirements
Proficiency with camera systems and basic knowledge of security system infrastructure.
Hybrid schedule: remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with on-site presence at the regional corporate office Tuesday through Thursday.

Proficiency with:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Project management tools/software
Store/system planning documentation
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Understanding of loss prevention processes, retail policy, and protection strategies.

Work Environment
