Swiss Lathe Programmer

About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Swiss Lathe Programmer with hands-on experience using Esprit CAM software to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for programming complex components, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring high-quality production on Swiss-style CNC lathes.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Swiss CNC lathes using Esprit CAM software.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Optimize tool paths and machining strategies for efficiency and precision.
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine programs.
Maintain documentation for setups and processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience programming Swiss-style CNC lathes (e.g., Citizen, Star, Tsugami).
Proficiency with Esprit CAM software.
Strong understanding of G-code, tooling, and machining principles.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:

Experience with multi-axis machining.
Familiarity with ISO quality standards and lean manufacturing practices.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
