Compensation:
Pay Range: $20.80-$30.60 Per HR
Description:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for laptops and desktops.
Provide infrastructural support to end users and respond to service requests.
Install and update software and manage system updates.
Offer remote troubleshooting and support for various devices.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and desktop configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and repair computer assets such as PCs, laptops, and printers.
Update IT service management tool with detailed notes.
Provide Tier II support for system images and environments.
Serve as an escalation point for complex desktop issues.
Assist in the deployment of new computer equipment.
Qualifications:
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Proficiency in managing user accounts and desktop support.
Ability to provide technical guidance and collaborate with teams.
