Job Details
Project Background & Overview SLED has several mission critical systems which have been developed in C# .NET Core, and needs services to troubleshoot, enhance, or correct, on an as needed basis. These systems include the Criminal History system (CCH), online criminal portal (CATCH), workflow management system (WMS), non-criminal applicant system (APPLICANTS), forms and reports tool (FR), and single sign on (SSO).

Scope
The scope of possible work will include support, enhancements, or other troubleshooting on an as needed basis. This would be on an emergency basis or if specific skills are not maintained on staff, to ensure continuity of mission critical systems. Typical work may include MS SQL databases, C# .NET Core code, and require review of associated event logs, debug logs, and related system reports. work only at the direction of SLED managers on an as needed basis, and the work would be time and materials based, not milestone based.
Required Experience
- Experience in law enforcement and law enforcement systems strongly preferred
- Experience in enterprise systems a requirement
- Experience in C# .NET Core a requirement
- Experience in MS SQL a requirement
Complexity/Responsibility
Performs work that is highly complex and varied in nature. Develops integrated solutions to resolve highly complex technical and business issues. Recognized expert internally and externally within a discipline(s) and often provides strategic direction, guidance and integration of products and services. May manage or lead projects and provide guidance/training to more junior staff.
Experience
Requires mastery technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes to include management background. Typically possesses a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
Education
Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
