Job Details

Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our client's IT team. This is a hands-on role supporting a Windows-based enterprise environment with a strong focus on Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Okta Identity Management. You'll play a key role in managing infrastructure across multiple remote offices, supporting endpoint management, and contributing to cloud automation and architecture initiatives. This is a contract-to-hire role, and is onsite 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

-Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud tenant

-Lead and support the rollout and integration of Okta Identity Management

-Configure and maintain SonicWall firewalls across 11 remote offices

-Manage VPN connections, Cisco switches, and wireless access points (Meraki, Unifi, Ubiquiti)

-Provide endpoint support using Windows 11 PCs, Malwarebytes, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, and TeamViewer

-Monitor infrastructure using Site24x7 and manage email filtering via Proofpoint

-Support collaboration and communication tools including Zoom, Freshdesk, and Confluence

-Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure architecture and strategic initiatives

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a Windows enterprise environment

Strong proficiency in:

-Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive)

-Azure cloud services

-Okta Identity Management

-Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS

-Solid understanding of networking infrastructure and firewall configuration

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
