Job Details
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technology Support & Business Process Specialist to work closely with end users across the office. This role focuses on understanding staff technology needs, aligning them with the right tools, improving workflows, and enhancing overall business efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Moderate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical processes in a clear, business-focused manner.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet (beginner level).
- Experience supporting end users with various software solutions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a business technology support role or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
