Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience designing interfaces for enterprise systems using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into accessible, on-brand design solutions.
- Solid knowledge of UX principles (hierarchy, contrast, alignment) to create responsive
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to illustrate workflows, timelines, and system architecture.
- Background facilitating design workshops and stakeholder feedback sessions; degree in Graphic Design, HCI, CS, or related field is a plus.
