Must-Have Skills:
- 10-13+ years' experience as a Business Data Analyst in IT, with strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Proven expertise in designing/optimizing data workflows, writing Epics/User Stories, and managing functional/non-functional requirements
- Hands-on experience with data documentation (dictionaries, BRDs, mapping), and creating visual data models/dashboards for business insights
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong multitasking skills with ability to manage concurrent data projects
