Description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical healthcare technology initiatives, ensuring robust system functionality and seamless integration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and technical expertise to support various system-related projects.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and project objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement system changes and enhancements.
Perform system analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring security and access control.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance.
Support Microsoft SQL Server configurations and database management.
Provide technical expertise in IBM systems and related technologies.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes and workflows.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

Proven experience in system analysis and implementation.
Proficiency in managing Active Directory environments.
Strong skills in drafting business requirement documents.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Familiarity with IBM systems and technologies.
Demonstrated ability in conducting UAT testing for system validation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
