Duties:
- Performs technical planning, high level and detailed requirements definition, test planning and execution (to include use cases, test procedures and test data), business process automation (Pega) software systems integration, and technical support for software systems and subsystems.
- Total software system product may include discovery, concept design, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
- Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field of intelligent business process automation. Background in computer programming / application development.
- General knowledge of other related disciplines. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.
Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelors and 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Required Experience:
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSA) with 5+ years of solid experience developing on the Pega Platform
- Knowledge of and experience with one or more programming languages
- Must have experience with:
- Implementing user stories according to design and best practice guidelines
- Knowledge of software design and implementation
- Knowledge of relational database principles and/or experience with database design
- Familiarity and/or experience with the Agile Software Development Lifecycle
- Unit testing all configurations within the Pega Platform
- Fixing defects
- Providing direction/mentoring to junior team members

- Ability to explain complex technical terms and systems to customers and junior team members
- Ability to participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement processes/standards
