Job Description
You will be the Systems Engineer Associate Manager for the Air System Analysis & Verification (ASA&V) team which is responsible for leading the newly forming Business Operations team.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (such as Aeronautical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics) or equivalent experience and combined education that demonstrates a strong foundation in technical principles and practices.
Demonstrated Project Management skills and capability.
Team leadership experience.
Experience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired skills
Experience with project management using Agile process and (Product management, Scrum, and using JIRA).
Experience with Earned Value Management and/or Control Account Management (CAM) experience
Knowledge/experience working with proposals.
Adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong oral and written communication.
Demonstrated experience and skills building successful teams to solve complex problems.
Experience mentoring other team members.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. - Performing dual roles as functional leader of a group of systems engineers and as an experienced engineer leading a project or performing technical tasks supporting the ASA&V organization.
- Managing talent, including staffing planning, knowledge sharing, career development, performance reviews, training, and recruiting.
- Developing common cost, schedule, and proposal approaches between the various subteams within the ASA&V organization.
- Building relationships with team members, direct reports, and stakeholders.
- Growing team members' skills and providing regular feedback.
