The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to help us develop, build, and deploy full stack systems for our customer's advanced collection systems. In addition to delivering the current version of the systems, you will get to help shape and design the next generation systems. We are looking for someone interested in continuous improvement - personally as well as in the products that we deliver and the tools that we use in-house. You will work with a team of friendly, smart, professional, and proactive engineers and computer scientists. This job has opportunities to travel domestically and internationally. **This position requires to be in Office 100%, located in Sterling VA**

Responsibilities:
- Become our primary SME for the customers mission system operations
- Lead design reviews with the customer
- Translate mission priorities to requirements for the development team
- Develop user and administration documentation for the end users
- Drive customer-witnessed test events

Qualifications:

Required:

- Demonstrated ability to work as part of an integrated team, as well as independently

- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent field. (equivalency of a degree and work experience will also be considered)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills conducive to team building
- 5+ years of experience in Systems and/or Software Engineering
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (Security+ CE or better)
- Familiarity with Linux
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience

Desired:

- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for system configuration management
- Experience integrating 3rd party applications (COTS/GOTS) into mission systems
- Active TS//SCI clearance

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200
