You will be the Systems Engineer Sr, supporting technical rigor, program discipline, and product development execution across our engineering portfolio.

As the Systems Engineer Sr, you will help ensure that all phases of the systems engineering process-from requirements definition and decomposition through verification & validation-are executed with excellence. You will support technical reviews, assist in monitoring performance measures, and contribute to cross-functional engineering efforts to ensure design maturity, risk reduction, and mission success.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Desired skills
Experience with requirements management or decomposition
Proven track record with Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs) including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FCA/PCA or with technical reviews, milestone events, or gated development processes
Knowledge and usage of Systems Engineering "V" model processes
Experience developing and tracking TPMs/KPPs or similar performance metrics
Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) experience
Experience with industry standards (ISO 15288, INCOSE SE Handbook, MIL-STD-881/1521)
Technical program management or product lifecycle management experience
Experience with Cameo, Tableau, Jira, and Confluence
Supplier management and supplier forum experience
Basis of Estimate (BOE) development experience
Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology
Experience briefing senior executives and military personnel
Security clearance (Final Secret)

- Supporting requirements decomposition and maintaining traceability matrices to ensure system-level requirements are properly allocated and verified at all levels
- Supporting and participating in technical review processes, including milestone events and gated reviews throughout the product development lifecycle
- Assisting with integrated technical planning and control, supporting the requirements process and generating technical metrics
- Supporting tracking of Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) and Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) to assess system design maturity and requirements compliance
- Contributing to technical integration across critical program functions, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
