Role: TDM (Test Data Management) Engineer

Location: Remote, USA

 

Medicare domain

TDM Engineer to join our growing team supporting the TDM (Test Data Management) functions across multiple business workstreams including Enrollment, Claims, Provider, and Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, comfortable working with back-end systems, APIs, and stakeholder interactions across QE and delivery teams. Familiarity with the Medicare domain is a strong plus.

 

Experience Level:

10-12 years of relevant experience in Test Data Management related Engineering roles.

 

Must-Have Skills:

Strong SQL: Ability to write and debug complex queries for data validation and extraction

API Handling: Familiarity with calling APIs using tools like Postman or custom scripts

JIRA: Experience in managing work tickets and tracking Agile activities

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement

TDM Experience: Hands-on experience in test data generation, management, and delivery

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process test data requests submitted via intake portal from various QE teams

Communicate effectively with requesters to clarify data needs and finalize estimations

Generate, manipulate, and validate test data across systems (UI, DB, APIs)

Execute manual steps or trigger automations (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to fulfill data requests

Coordinate lifecycle testing scenarios involving multiple workstreams

Troubleshoot test data issues and verify completeness/accuracy with requesters

Contribute to the improvement of self-service test data portals and documentation

 

 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Medicare knowledge: Understanding of MA and PDP plans

CI/CD: Familiarity with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for test data automation

Test Data Tools: Exposure to Delphix or similar TDM platforms (not currently in use but future-ready)

Basic DevOps understanding: Comfortable navigating backend flows and automation triggers

UI Testing Insight: Ability to perform manual UI-based data verification (when required)

 

Team Setup & Expectations:

Work closely with an existing TDM team including Test Data Engineers and QE stakeholders

Engage with cross-functional teams requesting data from various domains

Collaborate with managers and team members across the sales, claims, and enrollment areas

Flexible, self-driven, and willing to troubleshoot across systems and technologies

 

Work Model:

Collaboration via Teams, JIRA, and internal intake/self-service portals

Agile delivery cadence
