RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a TIBCO Developer in Addison, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on TIBCO Developer to join a dynamic integration team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a heads-down development environment and is enthusiastic about working with the TIBCO platform. You'll be part of a small Agile team responsible for modifying and creating integrations that support critical business functions. The ideal candidate will be a thinker-not just a doer-who can explain the -why- behind their solutions and contribute meaningfully to architectural decisions.
In this role, you will work closely with leadership and other developers in a hybrid setting, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement. Candidates with recent migration experience (e.g., from TIBCO to other technologies) and cloud exposure (Azure or AWS) are highly encouraged to apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of integration experience - TIBCO (8+ preferred)
* Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BW 5.x and EMS
* Java development experience (Java code invoked from TIBCO)
* Experience with API concepts (REST vs SOAP)
* Recent experience with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) is a plus
* Solid understanding of data transformations and validations
* Moderate database skills (queries, tuning, optimization)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a WB5 environment and understand palettes
* Migration experience from TIBCO to other platforms is a bonus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
