Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Talend ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading across diverse systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust data integration solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including mappings, transformations, and workflows.
- Optimize and tune existing ETL processes for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Execute data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy across the pipeline.
- Work with database administrators to design data structures supporting ETL workflows and reporting needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ETL, data quality, and integration processes.
- Translate business needs into technical ETL solutions in collaboration with analysts and architects.
- Participate in peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay current on Talend tool enhancements, industry practices, and emerging data integration technologies.
- Coordinate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to align integration strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Proven expertise as a Talend Developer with hands-on ETL development experience.
- Strong command of Talend Data Integration and Talend Data Mapper modules.
- Proficiency in handling healthcare data formats such as X12, JSON, XML, flat files, and Excel.
- Solid working knowledge of both MongoDB and relational databases.
- Foundational to intermediate coding skills in Java or Python for custom transformations.
- Demonstrated recent healthcare project experience.
