Job Description:
The Product Manager for Talent Acquisition at client is a central figure within the HR Technology Product department, serving as the "Voice of the Customer" at every stage and across all types of product initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of talent acquisition business processes, thorough understanding of iCIMS internals, research into market trends, analysis of usage data, and a strong commitment to customer-focused solutions that benefit enterprise-level clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy: Represent customer interests in product discussions, acting as the direct channel for requirements gathering, solutioning, design and decision-making.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze data, and extract insights to help shape product strategy, feature sets, and future priorities.
- Requirement Definition: Translate business objectives and customer feedback into clear, actionable product requirements for technology initiatives in Jira and Confluence.
- Prioritization: Assess and rank features, improvements, and bug fixes to ensure highest value delivery aligned with company strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with talent acquisition business, and engineering to ensure effective product launches driving alignment throughout development.
- Product Development Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product development process, from initial concept to final release, guaranteeing projects are completed on schedule and meet quality benchmarks.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor system and process performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for further enhancement and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience of 6-10 years as a Talent Acquisition Product Manager with hands-on experience in iCIMS.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with iCIMS configuration and a robust understanding of iCIMS product architecture and technical capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing the product development lifecycle and delivering high-quality results on time.
- Ability to align product vision with business strategy and customer needs.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies tools like Jira for management and documenting tool like Confluence.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
