Position: Teamcenter and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Specialist

Work Location: Windsor, CT (Hybrid)/Greater Hartford, CT (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract (W2)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Specialist to support mission-critical aerospace programs. The role involves configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions within Aftermarkets and MRO environments. The specialist will work closely with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and digital technology teams to ensure efficient data management, product lifecycle processes, and compliance with aerospace industry and defense security regulations.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM administration, configuration, and support.
  • Hands-on experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing PLM environments.
  • Strong understanding of PLM-CAD-ERP integration (preferably NX/SAP).
  • Experience with Aftermarkets, MRO, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in BOM management, workflows, and data security.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Teamcenter Certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Pelico for supply chain analytics, Solumina/iBase-t for MRO execution, and AI/ML integration in PLM workflows.
  • Experience in Pratt & Whitney or Collins Aerospace environments.
  • Understanding of Digital Twin and Industry 4.0 implementations.
  • Active participation in vendor rationalization and application standardization initiatives.
