We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with strong solutions architecture capabilities to drive the development of data-driven products that empower Ad Sales teams. This role operates at the intersection of ad technology, analytics, and business strategy, enabling revenue organizations with scalable tools, intelligent insights, and modern data applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Python, experienced in media and advertising workflows, and adept at shaping data models, KPIs, and dashboards. This position partners closely with Sales, BI, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to transform business needs into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities




  • Translate business requirements from Ad Sales into clear product specifications, user stories, and technical designs.




  • Manage product roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholder communication using light but effective project management practices.




  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, launch, and iteration of solutions.




  • Design end-to-end solutions for ad measurement, forecasting, targeting, and sales enablement tools.




  • Collaborate with data engineering and ML teams to build scalable data pipelines and predictive models.




  • Apply strong Python skills to prototype analytics models, validate data, and support automation efforts.




  • Ensure system interoperability across Salesforce, internal data platforms, and BI tools.




  • Define and evolve data models that support complex ad sales workflows.




  • Contribute to the development and integration of machine learning models for revenue insights and optimization.




  • Identify, define, and maintain KPIs for ad sales performance, operational efficiency, and campaign effectiveness.




  • Own ad measurement design, including metric definitions, attribution logic, and data quality validation.




  • Lead creation of interactive dashboards that deliver actionable insights for Sales, Finance, and Executive leadership.




  • Partner with BI teams to ensure reliable data pipelines, intuitive UX, and scalable dashboard architecture.




  • Present insights and product updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.




Qualifications
Required:




  • 3-7 years of experience in product management, technical program management, solutions architecture, or related fields.




  • Strong Python skills, including scripting, automation, or analytical model development.




  • Ad Sales or Media experience within digital, linear, or streaming ecosystems.




  • Experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and developing BI frameworks.




  • Familiarity with Salesforce, particularly data modeling and integrations.




  • Exposure to machine learning concepts, predictive modeling, or working with ML teams.




  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.




  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.




Preferred (Optional):




  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar BI tools.




  • Prior work on ad measurement, attribution models, or revenue forecasting.




  • Knowledge of cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.




  • Understanding of media planning tools, ad servers, or programmatic platforms.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $94 - $104 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
