Job Description:

• We're seeking a hands-on Technical Specialistfor a 3-month, onsite contract role to support the deployment and setup of laptops and tablets. This is a great opportunity for someone with 6months+ experience who's looking to build their skills in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inventory laptops and tablets


• Provision devices, including OS setup and required configurations


• Ship and/or deploy devices to end users


• Set up network access, including Wi-Fi and VPN configuration


• Configure access to printers and shared resources


• Perform basic troubleshooting and user support during deployment


• Maintain accurate records of device status and assignments

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with laptops (Windows OS; HP preferred but open to others)


• Experience working with tablets (Android OS; Samsung preferred but open to others)


• Basic understanding of computer and network setup


• Ability to follow setup and deployment procedures


• Good organizational skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• <1 year of hands-on IT support or device management experience


• Familiarity with Windows provisioning tools or Android device setup


• No college degree required. We're looking for someone dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working with hardware in a fast-paced environment.
