Job Description
- 15+ years of experience with strong technical background
- .NET and Cloud Modernization project experience
- 7 8 years of experience primarily in project/program management for a large global organization managing 100+ team members
- Played technical project manager role for a minimum of 3 projects
- Develop accurate project planning and resources for assigned projects
- Experience with Agile is a must
- Deliver projects within assigned timeline and budget
- Demonstrated experience defining and measuring team success using data-driven metrics and reporting
- Understanding of frontend, backend, responsive web design, and microservices
- Strong communication skills and experience working with technical and business management teams
- Follow up with teams on project execution and task division
- Communicate blockers and dependencies that may delay projects
- Ensure projects remain within financial targets or budget
- Adjust program plans through change control for new requirements
- Ensure all task tracking systems and documentation are up to date
