Technical Delivery Project Manager 

About the Role 

We're seeking a highly motivated Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects from inception through completion. This role requires a proactive driver who thrives in Agile environments and can navigate the technical and business aspects of enterprise software implementations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, with a focus on Dynamics 365 implementations and related technology solutions 

• Drive project execution using Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews 

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies before they impact delivery 

• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and business leaders, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels 

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery against defined objectives 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive collaboration and accountability 

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders 

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and team development 

• Track and report on project metrics, KPIs, and delivery milestones with transparency and accuracy 

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery management roles 

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects using Agile frameworks 

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 implementations (Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies) 

• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives forward independently with minimal oversight 

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences 

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and QA professionals 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution 

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms 

Preferred Qualifications 

• PMP, CSM, PSM, or other relevant project management certifications 

• Technical background or experience working closely with development teams 

• Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies and enterprise integrations 

• Background in change management and stakeholder engagement 

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
