Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Technical Enablement Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA. Open to remote candidates, west coast preferred.

We're looking for a Technical Enablement Manager who is obsessed with the IT Admin experience, someone who wakes up thinking about how to make deployment easier, workflows smoother, and product adoption frictionless. This role is about driving product readiness, removing blockers, and empowering IT Admins through the product, documentation, best practices, dashboards and enablement.
You'll be the connective tissue between Product Management, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Technical Support Services, and Enablement, ensuring that IT Admins have everything they need to deploy, manage, and scale our solutions successfully.

Responsibilities :
- Own and drive the enablement & user experience specifically for IT Admin personas, focusing on deployment, activation, and ongoing use through the admin console.
- Partner with Product Managers to define and prioritize product requirements that reduce deployment blockers and improve ease of use. Collaborate with CSMs, Technical Support, and Enablement teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
- Define and document key workflows, use cases, and deployment scenarios that reflect real-world IT Admin needs. Ensure these are reflected in product experiences and enablement materials.
- Develop and maintain enablement content, including HelpX documentation, dashboards, and best practices that support IT Admins in deploying and managing products effectively.
- Engage with CSMs and directly with IT Admins to understand pain points, especially around data sharing, deployment blockers, and product usability.
- Ensure that the admin console delivers intuitive, efficient, and scalable experiences for deployment and active use. Advocate for improvements based on customer feedback and usage data.
- Support internal teams with technical enablement materials that help them understand and communicate product capabilities to IT Admins.
Required Skills :
- 5+ years in product marketing, user experience, technical marketing, enablement, or product management in a B2B tech environment
- BS/BA or equivalent relevant years' experience
- Deep understanding of IT Admin workflows, enterprise deployment models, and SaaS platforms
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, support, and customer success
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements
- Excellent communication skills, especially in creating enablement and technical documentation
