Job Description

A leading enterprise technology company is looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer to join their AI Product team. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and field technical teams to deliver technical value propositions for AI data solutions. This includes creating presentations, solution briefs, blogs, white papers, conducting field enablement sessions, and influencing product development with real-world customer insights. The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise AI/ML, cloud, and data infrastructure and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear value for customers.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, IT infrastructure, or technical marketing
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, storage, and compute architectures
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), Kubernetes, and containerized environments
  • Technical writing and content creation (white papers, blogs, solution briefs, presentations)
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related technical discipline

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with storage platforms (on-prem or cloud)
  • Prior experience in pre-sales enablement or solution validation
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product development based on customer and field insights

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop technical content to communicate product value to field teams and customers
  • Conduct field enablement sessions and technical training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development
  • Support product launches, trade shows, and partner integrations
  • Provide feedback from customer and field interactions to guide product roadmap
