Rate: $48 - $52 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical projects within the eBay Live portfolio, from inception to launch and beyond
Oversee design, development, integration, testing and ramp of key technical initiatives
Lead key operating rhythms within our organization and between partner teams; ensure that everyone is working together helping solving cross-org issues / communication / partner concerns
Anticipate, assess and manage issues and risks; perform as needed root cause analysis and recommend mitigation plans
Ensure high-quality, timely communication across all levels, from day-to-day contributors to senior executives
Create and manage key TPM artifacts including project plans, RASCI charts, and risk logs to ensure clarity and transparency
Contribute to a culture of operational excellence, technical curiosity, and continuous improvement
Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, ideally in a product-driven or platform-focused tech environment (with a focus on leading full stack, end to end integrations and testing)
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Strong understanding of SDLC, PDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and modern product development best practices
Exceptional organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities
Experience with both foundational and advanced PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Gantt charts, etc.)
Ability to synthesize complex technical and strategic topics into clear plans, updates, and communications
Confidence navigating ambiguity with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trusted relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfort operating across varying levels of seniority, from ICs to senior leadership
