Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Program Manager:
- Develop and implement comprehensive program plans that align with technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.
- Lead a team of project managers through all phases of the technology project lifecycle, including scope development, requirements gathering, and project solution design.
- Oversee project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools, manage financial budgets, and ensure effective risk and issue management.
- Facilitate change management and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
Required Skills for Technical Program Manager:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, particularly in large organizations.
- A college degree in a related technical or business field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of successful project management, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Six Sigma being advantageous.
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and Demand Management.
- Ability to manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Payrate will be based of experience; $110,000 - $125,000 - #LI-onsite
