Technical Program Manager SAP

Location: Seattle, WA (On-site) Job Type: Contract

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPgM) with deep expertise in SAP systems to lead complex ERP transformation programs. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of multiple, interrelated SAP projects in a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for large-scale SAP programs (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD).

  • Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across cross-functional teams.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.

  • Enforce program governance, manage risks, and provide executive-level status updates.

  • Ensure project execution aligns with SAP Activate or Agile methodologies.

  • Oversee data migration, testing, and cutover planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in IT project/program management, with 5+ years specifically in SAP program delivery.

  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of core SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, etc.).

  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile frameworks.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certifications or PMP/PgMP certification.

  • Experience with global rollouts or in regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
