Job Description:
The Technical Project Coordinator/Analyst will help organize and work with software development teams. You will work closely with teams to monitor and report on execution from project inception to completion. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for technology, comfortable in a fast-paced global environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and budget.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports/pages/dashboards for executive staff.
- Begin to master Confluence, JIRA, Structure, Smartsheet, Pivot (or other tools as assigned) to perform the role.
- Coordinating internal resources.
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
- Managing relationships with clients' internal stakeholders.
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation/communications.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Assist other project managers with their projects as requested.
You must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study and 3 to 5 years of software industry experience.
- Creation and delivery of periodic status reporting.
- Demonstrated experience of support for both internal and external customers.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate with teams.
- An understanding of project planning.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
