Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in nCino and Salesforce to serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role is critical to aligning business objectives with technical capabilities, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives within the nCino ecosystem.


The ideal candidate will be a polished communicator, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. You will be the go-to resource for all things nCino, helping stakeholders evaluate the feasibility of their ideas and guiding them through the implementation process.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects within the nCino/Salesforce environment.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding nCino-related initiatives.

  • Evaluate stakeholder ideas and requests, providing clear guidance on feasibility within nCino and Salesforce.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and business units to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.

  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status updates with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Ensure high-quality communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.




Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in Application/SaaS Project Management, ideally in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of nCino, with the ability to assess technical feasibility of business ideas.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with C-level executives and business leaders.

  • Experience managing projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight.




Preferred Qualifications:



  • nCino certifications or formal training.

  • Experience in financial services or banking environments.

  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
