About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology-driven projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technical projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Drive project governance through regular status updates, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, product, business) to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure projects adhere to Agile/Waterfall/hybrid methodologies as required by business needs.
  • Manage project budgets, vendor engagements, and third-party integrations where applicable.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release management activities.
  • Continuously improve project delivery processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in a technical project manager role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
  • Solid technical knowledge of systems, cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), databases, APIs, and integrations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
