About the Role
We are seeking an innovative Technical Project Manager to spearhead complex, cross-functional projects that drive both innovation and operational excellence within our engineering teams. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, making it perfect for someone passionate about delivering impactful solutions in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. As our client continues to lead in AI and innovation, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to understand, design, and implement global controls for Software Engineering and Quality Engineering, while maintaining a strategic vision that leverages new technological opportunities to create cohesive solutions
Key Responsibilities
Lead Technical Programs: Manage end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
Drive Agile Execution
Enable Engineering Excellence: Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with architectural standards.
Governance & Controls: Apply engineering governance frameworks and controls to ensure compliance, quality, and risk mitigation across all phases of delivery.
Tooling & Automation: Leverage modern software development and quality engineering tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, test automation, code quality platforms) to streamline delivery and improve reliability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, operations, and external partners. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.
Future-Facing Strategy: Support initiatives that incorporate emerging technologies such as AI and intelligent automation into our delivery roadmap.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of experience in delivery management, with at least 5 years in a technical or engineering environment
Proven success delivering enterprise-scale software or infrastructure applications, initiatives, etc.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr as well as tools like GitLab, Artifactory, etc.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
Background in engineering controls or governance, especially in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Familiarity with software development and quality engineering tooling, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code analysis
