Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering multi-million-dollar programs independently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, high-budget programs exceeding $1M.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing programs with budgets of $1M+ independently.
  • Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
