About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Project Manager to support a Private Equity valuation initiative. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, overseeing technical workflows, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical milestones. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience with financial data platforms, and excellent collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project coordination across internal stakeholders and external technology teams
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for valuation-related features and integrations
• Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution
• Partner with business analysts and developers to ensure alignment on technical requirements
• Support testing, validation, and environment coordination
• Prepare and lead technical discussions, including pre-training walkthroughs and vendor calls
• Run weekly and monthly project meetings to ensure clear communication and accountability
• Track and report project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within financial services or fintech
• Proven experience managing UAT cycles and working with external technology teams
• Strong familiarity with enterprise-level integrations
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Private Equity workflows and valuation processes
