RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a Technical Project Manager who can balance strong project management skills with enough technical depth to understand issues, remove blockers, and drive delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a background as a Developer or Business Analyst who has moved into project management and wants to remain close to the technology.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Technical + PM blend: Able to manage projects while being technical enough to dig into problems, challenge assumptions, and push for solutions
* CI/CD pipelines: Experience working with and managing initiatives involving modern software delivery pipelines
* Infrastructure expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (cloud, servers, storage, etc.) and experience leading large-scale infrastructure migration projects (not a hands-on engineer, but able to manage and guide technical workstreams)
* AWS migration knowledge: Familiarity with cloud and network infrastructure, specifically around migrations to AWS
* Executive communication: Comfortable presenting concise, clear updates to leadership through PowerPoint, status reports, emails, calls, and even impromptu discussions
* Core leadership skills: Adaptability, organization, communication, problem solving, and leadership

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
