Job Overview:

We re looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager (TPM) with Salesforce CPQ experience to lead critical initiatives that support our company s hyper-growth. If you re passionate about delivery excellence, love working across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You ll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple, concurrent projects owning plans, resources, budgets, risks, and status reporting.

  • Be the go-to person for all project details, dependencies, and customer journey impacts.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, remove blockers, and ensure efficient communication.

  • Craft clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences from engineering teams to executives.

  • Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies.

  • Influence at all levels from individual contributors to C-suite leaders while keeping teams focused on outcomes.

  • Maintain a deep technical understanding of solutions, surfacing and articulating challenges to drive the best customer experience.

What We re Looking For
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management or relationship management.

  • Salesforce CPQ knowledge and experience is highly desired.

  • Self-starter with strong PMO best practices and large-scale program experience.

  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).

  • Skilled at tailoring communications for different stakeholders and leading technical trade-off discussions.

  • Strong understanding of cloud services, application hosting, operational practices, and technical planning.

  • PMI PMP certification is a plus.
