We re looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager (TPM) with Salesforce CPQ experience to lead critical initiatives that support our company s hyper-growth. If you re passionate about delivery excellence, love working across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
What You ll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple, concurrent projects owning plans, resources, budgets, risks, and status reporting.
Be the go-to person for all project details, dependencies, and customer journey impacts.
Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, remove blockers, and ensure efficient communication.
Craft clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences from engineering teams to executives.
Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
Influence at all levels from individual contributors to C-suite leaders while keeping teams focused on outcomes.
Maintain a deep technical understanding of solutions, surfacing and articulating challenges to drive the best customer experience.
What We re Looking For
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in technical program/project management or relationship management.
Salesforce CPQ knowledge and experience is highly desired.
Self-starter with strong PMO best practices and large-scale program experience.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
Skilled at tailoring communications for different stakeholders and leading technical trade-off discussions.
Strong understanding of cloud services, application hosting, operational practices, and technical planning.
PMI PMP certification is a plus.
