Location: Orlando, FL /Tampa, FL

JD:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with over 10 years of proven expertise in sourcing and hiring top technology talent. This role will focus on recruiting for some of the most innovative and high-impact technology projects in the industry. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of building relationships with stakeholders, identifying hard-to-find talent, and managing end-to-end recruitment for highly technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand staffing needs for critical technical positions.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier professionals across software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, data science, cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and ensure a competitive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Provide a seamless and positive experience to candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter with a strong focus on technology hiring.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for niche and highly technical skill sets.
  • Experience working with fast-paced, large-scale, or enterprise-level hiring environments.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a results-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud platforms, and modern technology stacks.
  • Demonstrated success engaging passive talent through innovative sourcing and networking strategies.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive hiring needs in a professional and discreet manner.
