Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for detailed evaluation of candidates against specific Information Technology (IT) requirements.
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Evaluate candidate's strengths compared with clients requirements by screening and interviewing the candidate.
  • Assign technical tests to candidates as needed.
  • Utilizes resume and candidate database software products, job boards, internet sourcing techniques and participates in strategic recruitment and public relations activities to identify, track and retrieve resumes/candidates.
  • Responsible for recruiting needs that are more advanced; i.e. technical expertise, more senior professionals, more complicated business environments.
  • Recommend updates to current recruiting practices based on market research and new trends.
  • Develop & Maintain market intelligence, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
  • Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients staffing requirements.
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders of the organization and build efficient processes to identify training needs within the organization resulting from business needs. Participation in process formulation and implementation.
  • Follow best in class recruiting practice and professional approach through the life cycle of hiring, from requirements gathering to the final on-boarding of the selected candidates.
  • Use various tools such as MS-Office, Microsoft Teams, WebEx for preparing process documents, candidate and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of extensive experience in full life cycle recruiting within the Information Technology sector, encompassing proficient sourcing, screening, interviewing, and successful candidate placement for contract assignments.
  • Ability to work with and connect with all levels and types of resources.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and superior organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Well-versed in the intricacies of hiring processes for H1 visa holders and navigating sponsorship procedures.
  • Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Must be a good team player and work well with others.
  • Must have very good written and oral communications skills.
  • Advanced writing and analytical skills required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/IT or related field.
