Job Details

Job Title: Technical SAP Mobile Application Developer (Contract or Full-Time)

Location: Mountain View, CA, USA

Position Type: Contract or Full-Time

2 days/week on-site

30%+ Travel may be required (Client Discretion & Expenses Reimbursed).

Engagement : This will be a gig style project.

(For Example: 200 hours work or 300 hours work in 2 to3 months.)

About the Role:

A global system integrator, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical SAP Mobile Application Developer to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement mobile applications within the SAP ecosystem, specifically for SAP Asset Manager and SAP Work Manager. As a developer, you will have hands-on experience with various SAP technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain SAP mobile applications using SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK), SAP Business Studio, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Work with MDK Client and Backend systems to build efficient mobile applications for enterprise clients in asset-intensive industries such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, Transportation, Mining, Government, Manufacturing, and Construction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality mobile solutions are developed and deployed.
  • Integrate mobile applications with SAP systems for improved asset management and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of mobile solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SAP mobility application development, specifically with SAP Asset Manager or SAP Work Manager with 10 years.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Development Kit (MDK) Editor (SAP Business Studio) and SAP BTP Mobile Services.
  • Strong knowledge of MDK Client and Backend integration.
  • Passion for developing high-quality, scalable mobile applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
