Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide full onsite technical support for computer hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices.
- Support a range of platforms including Windows, HP, Apple, Microsoft Surface, Android/iPhone, and Mac operating systems.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory, Intune, Teams, Outlook, Office 365, SCCM, and TCP/IP networks.
- Manage and resolve issues with VoIP systems, Cisco video systems, and video conferencing tools.
- Support and troubleshoot home technology systems, including smart home devices, automation, and networks.
- Deliver executive-level customer support, ensuring prompt, clear, and effective communication.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and creatively.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand executive environment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Demonstrate persistence, attention to detail, critical thinking, and dedication to complete issue resolution.
- Work independently or collaboratively as required, adapting to changing priorities.
- Industry certifications such as A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or equivalent are preferred.
