Detailed Job Description:
- Coordinate DevXP-led training programs including Build the Builder, iSecure, Risk Champions, Secure by Design, Secure Code Warrior, and others.
- Manage end-to-end learning content publishing and maintenance in Workday Learning.
- Collaborate with DevXP resources to gather inputs and ensure content accuracy.
- Develop and maintain self-guided course content using Articulate 360 and/or Articulate Rise.
- Create clear, concise, and engaging technical and instructional documentation.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and usability across learning materials.
- Facilitate sessions with large stakeholder groups to gather requirements and feedback.
- Support projects of all scales from minor enhancements to new application development.
- Contribute to solution domains including web, data, transactional, and packaged applications.
- 8 10 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, and UX.
- Strong skills in articulation, presentation, and communication.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 and/or Articulate Rise (mandatory).
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Experience in developing self-guided learning content and publishing in Workday Learning.
- Broad technology and analysis experience, including structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques.
- Proven ability to manage the complete requirements lifecycle and collaborate across teams.
- Problem-solving using a collaborative and facilitative style.
- Background in software engineering development (preferred).
- Passion for Cybersecurity (preferred).
