Detailed Job Description:

• Coordinate DevXP-led training programs including Build the Builder, iSecure, Risk Champions, Secure by Design, Secure Code Warrior, and others.
• Manage end-to-end learning content publishing and maintenance in Workday Learning.
• Collaborate with DevXP resources to gather inputs and ensure content accuracy.
• Develop and maintain self-guided course content using Articulate 360 and/or Articulate Rise.
• Create clear, concise, and engaging technical and instructional documentation.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and usability across learning materials.
• Facilitate sessions with large stakeholder groups to gather requirements and feedback.
• Support projects of all scales from minor enhancements to new application development.
• Contribute to solution domains including web, data, transactional, and packaged applications.
• 8 10 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, and UX.
• Strong skills in articulation, presentation, and communication.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and/or Articulate Rise (mandatory).
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Experience in developing self-guided learning content and publishing in Workday Learning.
• Broad technology and analysis experience, including structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Proven ability to manage the complete requirements lifecycle and collaborate across teams.
• Problem-solving using a collaborative and facilitative style.
• Background in software engineering development (preferred).
• Passion for Cybersecurity (preferred).
